This Privacy Policy explains how the personal data of users who visit the website www.ik8.it or contact IK8 through the contact details provided on the website is processed.

Data provided voluntarily. Sending an email or contacting IK8 through LinkedIn or WhatsApp entails the processing of the data provided by the data subject, such as name, contact details, message content and any professional or project-related information shared.

The website does not contain contact forms, does not allow user registration and does not collect data for newsletters or advertising purposes.

6. External Links

The website contains simple links to LinkedIn and WhatsApp. These services are not embedded in the page and are activated only when the user chooses to open the relevant link. From that point onward, processing is governed by the respective providers’ privacy policies. Emails are handled by the email application and provider chosen by the user.

IK8 does not use tracking tools on the website that involve transfers of data to third countries. The user’s voluntary use of LinkedIn or WhatsApp may involve processing by the respective providers outside the European Economic Area, in accordance with their terms and safeguards.
